Vickie is a devoted yogi who blends her roles as practitioner, lifelong student, and teacher with passion and heart. Her yoga journey began 29 years ago, and she has been teaching for 15 years, including 13 years as a key part of her local yoga community.
As an RYT 500, Vickie’s training spans both local and international studies. She stays inspired by attending workshops and retreats, continually deepening her knowledge and practice.
With compassion and authenticity, Vickie creates a supportive space for students to step out of their comfort zones and embrace personal growth. She teaches from the heart, inspiring connection and transformation in every class.
