Meet your teacher, Rob!
With over a decade of practice and eight years of professional teaching, Rob brings a deep, authentic perspective to the mat. His journey began as a way to recover from years of ice hockey, but he quickly found that yoga offered a far more fulfilling path, eventually leading him to India to complete his traditional training.
Even as a seasoned teacher, Rob remains a dedicated student, practicing 4 to 5 times a week at a public studio to keep his own flow fresh. He is particularly passionate about recommending yoga for men, viewing it as a majestic power capable of benefiting every aspect of life. Whether you are looking for physical recovery or a total lifestyle shift, Rob’s classes bridge the gap between strength and mindfulness
