Introducing Sarah, our new True Conditioning Studio Manager! With her diverse background in personal training, yoga, women’s health, and wellness coaching, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for creating a supportive fitness environment.
Hailing from Vancouver, Sarah has always had a deep-rooted love for health and fitness. Alongside her role at True Conditioning, she also works as a personal trainer and wellness coach, guiding individuals in Vancouver to reach their lifestyle goals and improve their overall well-being. Her dedication to empowering women led her to establish The Sweatworking Collective, a remarkable women’s health and wellness event and networking group. Through this platform, Sarah strives to make physical activity accessible, enjoyable, and inclusive for women from all walks of life.
Sarah firmly believes that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to explore their physical potential. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to the world of fitness, Sarah’s primary mission is to ensure you feel welcomed and empowered throughout your fitness journey.
During her downtime from client sessions and community building with Sweatworking, you’ll often find Sarah training for triathlons or enjoying the refreshing waters of the Pacific Ocean. She thrives on the challenge of pushing her physical limits and finds a tremendous sense of accomplishment in completing various athletic events.
