Dana has been guiding students through yoga and pilates since 2014, bringing over years of experience to every class. She believes movement should feel empowering and creates a welcoming, safe space where students of all levels can explore, grow, and feel confident in their bodies. When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her soaring through the air in aerial arts, gliding across cross-country ski trails, or paddleboarding on open water. On or off the mat, she’s always moving!
