Practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching yoga for 8 years, Linda experienced the transformation of herself and witnessed numerous transformations of others. Her mission is to spread the benefits of yoga to as many people as she can. She is very supportive and mindful. She teaches mindful classes to allow a deep journey inward to discover your true nature: whole, full, and complete as you are. She gives students permission and space to listen to their inner voice and move the way that makes their body feel good.
