Sandy’s number one passion is supporting people to live their best lives through body, mind and spirit practices. Sandy has been in the Wellness Industry for over 30 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Grief Counsellor/Life Coach and a Yoga/Meditation Teacher.
After the sudden loss of her husband years ago Sandy decided to travel the world studying and teaching various styles of yoga. It was during these experiences that she learned that we are all connected and are here to support one another on our journey. Sandy’s classes will inspire you to connect to that quiet space within you where you remember who you are and awaken to your true self.
